We focused on cleaning up their presence on Amazon. We got them enrolled in Brand Registry and used it to identify several knock-off companies from China that were using their intellectual property and trademarks to sell inauthentic goods. We were able to help them identify a brick and mortar store that had been selling their items on Amazon and hurting their relationship with their vendor manager on Vendor Central.

We helped them to roll out a fair MAP policy and provide an opportunity for all of their vendors to sell through their current inventory while instituting a new policy for new buyers to check for where they would be selling the companies products.

We trained the companies inhouse staff to merge duplicate product pages, create variations, and enhance the product pages for their products. This has allowed the company to successfully move to a hybrid model of selling both on Vendor Central and Seller Central.

This client has been a retail-focused business for over 20 years. However, recently their brick and mortar sales had started to struggle.
They were looking to increase their revenue to maintain their relationships with suppliers, maintain the cost of goods, and offset some of the cash flow that was no longer being produced by the brick and mortar stores.

We focused primarily on making some minor changes to some of the listings including making sure that the color and size variations of the apparel were set up correctly.
